"Supreme" Spotting

Spotted: Supreme Court Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Antonin Scalia, Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton, Professor Martin Ginsburg and arts philanthropist Adrienne Arsht on stage during Saturday night’s Washington National Opera opening performance of Ariadne auf Naxos.

As the opera unfolded, the drama included both a “serious” opera company and a “silly” (comedic) one performing simultaneously at a posh dinner party. The spotted notables played party guests.
