An upcoming film, Chasing Legends, will be shooting in Georgetown Saturday afternoon (3/13/10), attempting to replicate a small bike race and the cheering crowds. They sought 70 or so DC biking enthusiasts to have a credit role in the project.
Gripped Films, the company producing this docu-film about the Tour de France, asked that extras “bring your own bike… wear anything that might pass for vintage… and wear any helmet - don’t worry about current styles, all riders must have one on as the street where we will film is sketchy and hard to ride on.”
