“Spike’d” Chocolate

Valentines are going to covet that cliche of flowers and chocolate even more next week, now that Co Co. Sala has teamed up with Good Stuff Eatery to introduce new shake inspired chocolates — just in time for the big day.

Co. Co. Sala’s Chef Santosh Tiptur and Chef Spike Mendelsohn of Good Stuff Eatery worked together to create three new custom chocolates based on Good Stuff Eatery’s most popular handspun shakes: a delicious dark chocolate toasted marshmallow bar, a milk chocolate milky way malt bar and a sour sop hop strawberry white chocolate bar.

All were introduced to a small group of tastemakers at Co. Co. Sala Tuesday night, where the chocolate choices were endless and preparations for a sweet Valentine’s Day are more than well under way.

Want to check out the chocolate? The new bars will be available for sale at Good Stuff Eatery on Capitol Hill starting Friday February 9th.
